It is after a very long time, Recruitment is announced by High Court of Jammu and Kashmir. The previous Big recuritment was announced in 2024 for Junior Assistant Posts. This is a big opportunity for all those who missed the previous High Court Recruitment in 2024 and now the they can apply for J&K High Court Recruitment 2025.

In the latest Notification released by the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir on 19th March, 2025, there is an advertisement of various Graduate Level Posts.

• Pay-Level: LeveL-6E {Rs35900- Rs 113500)
• Qualification: Applicant willling to apply for Translator vacancy in J&K High Court, must full fill the below mentioned eligibility conditions
  • BA with Urdu as one of the Subjects
  • LLB Degree from a recognized University.
  • Proficiency in Computer Typing with minimum speed of 30 WPM
• Selection Process: The Selection Process for the Recruitment of Translator in High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, comprises of Written Test and Interview. The Syllabus for this post is applicable as per the provisions of J&K High Court Order No. 254 of 2025/RG/RC Dated 21-02-2025.

• Pay-Level: Level-4 (Rs 25500 – Rs 81100)
• Qualification: Degree in any discipline from a recognized University in India along with Diploma in Computer Applications OR BCA.
• Selection Process: The selection process for the recruitment of Computer Operator in J&K High Court comprises of Written test (80 Marks) and Interview (20 Marks). Syllabus and Method of Recrutiment for this post, as per the J&K High Court Order 851/NG Dated: 17/10/2020

• Qualification: Degree in LAW (Professional) from a recognized Indian Univeristy and recognized by Bar Council of India.
• Selection Process: The selection process for the recruitment of Reader in J&K High Court comprises of Written test (80 Marks) and Interview (20 Marks). Syllabus and Method of Recruitment for this post, as per the J&K High Court Order 1572/RG/RS Dated: 17/12/2021

• Pay-Level: Level-5 (Rs 29200 – Rs 93500)
• Qualification: Degree in any discipline from a recognized University in India along with Diploma in Computer Applications OR BCA.
• Selection Process: The selection process for the recruitment of Data Entry Operator in J&K High Court comprises of Written test (80 Marks) and Interview (20 Marks). Syllabus and Method of Recruitment for this post, as per the J&K High Court Order 851/NG Dated: 17/10/2020

• Pay-Level: Level-4 (Rs 25500 – Rs 81100)
• Qualification: B.E/B. Tech/MSc./MCA with specialization in Computer Science/IT/Electronics. Applicant must have minimum 3 years experience in Software Development in PHP.
• Selection Process: The selection process for the recruitment of Computer Operator in J&K High Court comprises of Written test (80 Marks) and Interview (20 Marks). Syllabus and Method of Recruitment for this post, as per the J&K High Court Order 350 of 2024 RG/RR/RC Dated: 19/03/2024

• Pay-Level: Level-2 (Rs 19900 – Rs 63200)
• Qualification: Degree in any discipline from a recognized University in India along with One Year Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Applications. Applicants having specialized Qualifications in Computer Subjects are barred from the requirement of having Computer Certificate / Diploma (Eg: BCA/MCA)
• Selection Process: The selection process for the recruitment of Computer Operator in J&K High Court comprises of Written test (80 Marks) and Interview (20 Marks). Syllabus and Method of Recrutiment for this post, as per the J&K High Court Order 192 of 2025 RG/RC Dated: 10/02/2025

• Pay-Scale: Level-7 (Rs 44900 – Rs 142400)
• Qualification: Graduation from a recognized University, along with Diploma in Stenography. Applicant must also have Six Months Certificate Course in Computer Applications.
• Selection Process: By Direct Recruitment, on the basis of English Shorthand and Type writing test with minimum speed of 80 WPM and 40 WPM .

• Pay-Scale: Level-6B (Rs 35600 – Rs 112800)
• Qualification: Graduation from a recognized University, along with Diploma in Stenography. Applicant must also have Six Months Certificate Course in Computer Applications.
• Selection Process: By Direct Recruitment, on the basis of English Shorthand and Type writing test with minimum speed of 70 WPM and 50 WPM .

1 Domicile: Applicant should be a Domicile of Jammu and Kashmir as per the terms of S.O 166 Dated 18.05.2020

2 Age Criteria: Applicant should have completed 18 years of Age, and maximum age should not exceed 40 years for OM and In-Service / Contractual Employee. For Others Relaxation in age limit as per the below mentioned criteria

• SC/ST-1 /ST-2/RBA: 43 years
• Physcially Challnaged: 42 years
• Ex-Serviceman: 48 years.

Applicant who full fill the above mentioned eligibility conditions, must submit their application forms through online mode. before closing Date ie 15th April, 2025.

Application Fees: Applicants need to pay Rs 350/- as application fees through online mode only.

Today ie on 23rd March, 2025, A Notification was uploaded on the Official Website of High Court, where they have Notified about the Withdrawal of “Data Entry Operator” and “Computer Operator”. which means then when you try to fill the online form, you wont find these 2 posts.
